Since each item is made to order, production time may vary depending on the product and demand.

Shipping Time

Once your order is produced, it will be shipped directly to you.
Typical shipping times are:

- International orders: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at confettibrainclub@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
